What is the Respin 11?
RespIn 11 Bronchial Airway Clearance System is a 'focused pulse' High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO) device that maximizes the use of modern technologies and materials to produce a more comfortable, flexible and effective therapy delivery system.
Through the use of modern technologies and materials, these systems produce a high quality therapy without pain or irritation associated with other "Vest Therapy Systems".
Respin 11 uses a patented system of valves, electronic control and targeted pressure pistons to deliver pulsations directly to targeted areas of the patient's thorax - exactly where they are needed.
The Wrap is easy to put on, with elasticated side and shoulder section to ensure a
snug homogeneous fit around the entire thorax. The Velcro attachments make the 3 different sized WRAPs adjustable to cover all sizes from Child's size up to XXL.
There are 2 pressure piston lines on the front of the Wrap and 3 on the rear of the WRAP where our lungs are longer. The pressure piston lines action sequentially from bottom to top to not only mobilize the secretions but also to help in their transport from the smaller bronchi to the larger central bronchi for expectoration.
It is ideal for a variety of respiratory illnesses with chronic obstruction, COPDs, Neuromuscular diseases, the elderly and even Post Op due to ability to turn the front section of the WRAP off and only treat the rear where there are no sensors or other interferences in Post Op Acute Care areas.
The easy to clean Wrap can be machine washed or wiped down with anti-bacterial spray or wipes.

Unique and exceptionally easy to use, the RespIn Pad delivers 'focused pulsations' to the patient in super comfortable and highly effective manner - literally pick your programme,
lean back against the Pad in a high backed chair or in an inclined bed or wheelchair, press the ON button and your patients can get the benefits of its our patented 'focused pulse' technology to mobilize excess secretions.
Patients can use this while watching TV, reading or working on your tablet or computer - choose from pre-installed Programmes as well as the capacity to set up and memorize your own personalized Custom programme and with our touchscreen technology you have simple easy to use 15 - 30 minute programmes ideally suited to you or your patient and their personal needs.
Ideal for Post Op to help clear airways to speedier release from ICU with no more worrying about interfering with ECG leads, ports, or other medical monitoring attached to the patient’s thorax - just lie patient back against the Pad, select therapy, press ON and the therapy is automatically carried out for the selected time and programme.
The patient groups who will more easily benefit from the ease of use and delivery of the 'focused pulse' bronchial clearance therapy are:
• Patients with limited mobility, including wheel chair bound neuromuscular patients.
• Long term bed ridden who are at high risk of secretions pooling, thickening and becoming infected leading to pneumonia or other serious and potentially life threatening pulmonary diseases.
• Post - Op patients in ICU to ensure their airways are clear for an earlier release into standard hospital care or home care.
